Clint Aplon, made his debut on 7de Laan on the 4 July 2019, as Romeo, a nurse at the hospital under Matrone’s watchful eye.

Clint, like fellow AFDA alumni Shimmy Isaacs, hails from a small town in Worcester in the Western Cape. After completing high school in 2016, he went on to study Live Performing Arts at AFDA in Cape Town. In his short career span, Clint has done commercials and has been an extra on various television and film productions.

Clint is also passionate about music and writes and records music in his spare time. Clint says he is extremely grateful to have been afforded the opportunity to learn and grow on 7de Laan, and looks forward to warming Romeo's way into South African hearts, much like fellow alumni and AFDA Cape Town Dean, Diaan Lawrenson did, playing the role of ‘Paula on 7de Laan’ before.
